All orders are shipped from the UK and are dispatched daily Monday - Friday.
UK orders
Royal Mail Tracked48 usually takes 2 days to arrive. Royal Mail Tracked24 usually arrives next day.
International (Non-UK)
Orders to Europe / USA / Canada / Australia are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & usually take between 5-14 days to arrive after dispatch.
Import Charges / Duties / Tariffs
Shipments to the USA only are sent duties paid. No other duties will be incurred on delivery.
International packages to other regions (Europe) will likely incur customs charges / duties. These are not included in the shipping costs, and are unfortunately out of our control - we cannot reimburse these. If this occurs and you do not wish to pay them, please reject the package so it can be shipped back to us for a refund (shipping costs cannot be refunded)
Returns
Please reply to your order confirmation to initiate a return. Returns form can be downloaded here.
Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs unless a wrong item has been sent.
