All orders are shipped from the UK and are dispatched daily Monday - Friday.
UK orders
Royal Mail Tracked48 usually takes 2 days to arrive. Royal Mail Tracked24 usually arrives next day.
International (Non-UK)
Orders to Europe / USA / Canada / Australia are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & usually take between 5-14 days to arrive after dispatch.
Import Charges / Duties / Tariffs
Shipments to the USA are sent duties paid. No other duties will be incurred on delivery.
Shipments to Europe are sent duties paid. No other duties will be incurred on delivery. The DHL tracking will take several days to update because your package is first sent to the Netherlands and forwarded from there.
International packages to other regions may incur customs charges / duties. These are not included in the shipping costs, and are unfortunately out of our control - we cannot reimburse these. If this occurs and you do not wish to pay them, please reject the package so it can be shipped back to us for a refund (shipping costs cannot be refunded)
Returns
Please reply to your order confirmation to initiate a return. Returns form can be downloaded here.
Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs unless a wrong item has been sent.
