All orders are shipped from the UK, Monday - Friday.
Royal Mail Tracked48 usually takes 2 days to arrive. Royal Mail Tracked24 usually arrives next day.
International (Non-UK)
Orders to Europe / USA / Canada / Australia are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & usually take around 1-2 weeks to arrive after dispatch.
Import Charges / Duties
Please also be aware that European packages are likely to incur customs charges / import fees (usually around 20%). These are not included in the shipping costs, and are unfortunately out of our control - we cannot reimburse these. If this occurs and you do not wish to pay them, please reject the package so it can be shipped back to us for a refund (shipping costs cannot be refunded!)
Returns
Please reply to your order confirmation to initiate a return. Returns form can be downloaded here.
Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs unless a wrong item has been sent.
