Please reply to your order confirmation to initiate a return. Returns form can be downloaded here.

UK, European Union and EEA orders

Customers in the United Kingdom, European Union and European Economic Area have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days without giving a reason.

The cancellation period begins the day after you, or someone nominated by you, receives the order. If your order is delivered in separate shipments, the period begins the day after the final item is delivered.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period. You can submit a return request through your customer account orders page:

Once you have notified us, you must send the item back within a further 14 days.

Orders already dispatched

We process and dispatch orders quickly, usually within 24 hours. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

If your order has not been dispatched, we will try to stop it before shipment, but this cannot be guaranteed.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may accept the delivery and return it to us. You remain responsible for the return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or supplied in error.

Return condition

You may inspect and handle an item as you would in a shop. We may reduce your refund if handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item has reduced its value.

Where possible, please return items with their original packaging and tags.

Return postage

You are responsible for return postage costs for unwanted items.

We will cover reasonable return costs if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or if we sent you the wrong item. Please contact us before returning the item.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage.

Refunds for UK, EU and EEA withdrawals

We will refund you without undue delay and within the legally required period.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

If you cancel and return your entire order, your refund will include:

• the price paid for the returned goods; and
• the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

If you selected express, timed or another premium delivery service, we will not refund the additional amount above the cost of standard delivery.

If you return only part of an order, the original delivery charge will not normally be refunded.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Orders outside the UK, EU and EEA

For customers outside the UK, EU and EEA, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to this policy.

You are responsible for all return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or supplied in error.

Original outbound delivery costs are not refunded for unwanted returns unless required by the consumer law applicable in your country.

Any customs duties, import taxes or handling charges paid directly to customs authorities or delivery companies are not refundable by us.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

The statutory right to cancel may not apply to:

• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
• sealed audio, video or computer software products once unsealed;
• sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
• newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except subscriptions;
• digital content once downloading or access has begun, where you agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of your cancellation right;
• gift cards that have been used or partially used.

Sale items remain covered by statutory cancellation rights where those rights apply.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us as soon as possible if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or if you receive the wrong item.

Your legal rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are separate from this returns policy.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
